What we collect
We collect information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address and enquiry. Club registration stores your email and consent state. Sandbox checkout accepts synthetic test details only and rejects ordinary email domains.
Why we use it
We use submitted details to respond to requests, maintain consent records, operate the sandbox catalogue and improve site reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Identity and storage
Optional member access uses Sign in with ChatGPT. HOSH receives a site-specific user identifier and basic profile details, never your ChatGPT password. Structured records are stored in the site’s protected database.
Choices and retention
You may avoid optional submissions and can withdraw club consent by contacting HOSH through the site. Final commercial retention periods, processors and statutory rights will be confirmed with the registered entity before paid services launch.
Privacy choices
Essential storage supports core site features. Optional anonymous page views help HOSH improve the experience. No advertising trackers are used.

Do not submit urgent symptoms, diagnoses, prescriptions or other sensitive medical information. HOSH provides educational wellness information and does not replace a clinician.
The registered entity, formal privacy contact and jurisdiction-specific rights must be inserted after owner and legal approval.
